The safety of our community members is our highest priority. We are dedicated to the health and well-being of our employees, residents, and community. We are aware of concerns regarding the Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and are closely monitoring the situation. We are cooperating fully with CDC and local public health guidance and are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our valued community members. In an effort to ensure we are serving our residents and potential residents in the best way possible while doing our part to mitigate the spread of the virus we have implemented several new strategies.
Office Hours: Our office may have limited access but we are open and happily scheduling tours. We will practice social distancing and participate in best safety practices during tours.
Amenity Spaces: We are practicing social distancing for the health of our community. Our amenity spaces will adjust accordingly with local official guidelines in place.
Communication: Check your resident portal, app, and email regularly for updates from your property.
Maintenance Requests: We will work diligently while practicing social distancing with our residents with maintenance requests.
